I’m Ree. I’m also not quite sure what I’ll do with this account, so here it moulders.

Down the line, I intend to run a WordPress install on my domain, so I signed up for WP.com to get the Askimet API key for that future install. I didn’t expect to get in nearly so quickly!

Other than that, so far I’m just running my daily bookmarks into here for something to do (and because del.icio.us’ own RSS feed has one entry per link instead of a daily digest, and I much prefer the digest version). WordPress.com’s constant feature influx is winning me over despite my best efforts. (When did they start letting users set a static front page? I was contemplating running my own WP install just to get that feature, and here it is hosted for free!)

del.icio.us linkdrops are deleted after three or more months. My entire bookmark backlog exists, of course, on del.icio.us.
